1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of Velioo (“Velioo”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit velioo.com, create an account, use the Velioo dashboard, connect domains or integrations, contact support, or purchase a subscription.

2. Data we may collect

Account and profile data

This may include your name, email address, account identifiers, company or organization information, subscription plan and account preferences.

Billing and transaction data

Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We may receive transaction identifiers, subscription status, plan, billing period, country, currency and limited billing metadata needed to manage your Velioo access. Velioo does not receive your full payment-card number.

Usage and technical data

We may process IP address, browser and device information, login events, timestamps, feature usage, error logs, agent status, API activity and other technical information necessary to operate, secure and improve the Service.

Campaign and integration data

Depending on how you configure Velioo, the Service may process campaign identifiers, domains, page configurations, routing rules, traffic metadata, lead-delivery data and integration settings.

Communications

If you contact us, we may process your email address, message contents and information needed to respond to your request.

3. Why we process personal data

We may process personal data to:

  • create and administer user accounts;
  • provide, maintain and secure the Service;
  • manage subscriptions, plan limits and entitlements;
  • provide customer support;
  • detect abuse, fraud and security incidents;
  • improve product functionality and reliability;
  • comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations;
  • send important service, billing and security communications.

4. Legal bases

Where laws such as the GDPR apply, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is required. The applicable basis depends on the specific processing activity and jurisdiction.

5. Paddle and other service providers

Paddle processes payment and billing information in connection with purchases made through Velioo. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes personal data under its own privacy notices for relevant payment and buyer activities.

We may also use hosting, infrastructure, monitoring, email, analytics, security and support providers where needed to operate Velioo. These providers may process data only for defined purposes and subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.

6. International transfers

Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual protections.

7. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including account administration, security, contractual obligations, dispute resolution and legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods may vary by data category.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Velioo may use essential cookies or local-storage technologies for authentication, security, session management and user preferences. If non-essential analytics or marketing cookies are used, additional consent mechanisms may be provided where required by law.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

10. Security

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect account and service data, including access controls, secure communications and operational monitoring. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Customer responsibility

If you upload or route personal data relating to your own customers, leads or visitors through Velioo, you are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis, providing required notices and configuring the Service in accordance with applicable privacy law.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, technology or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page.

13. Contact

Privacy questions and rights requests may be submitted through the official Velioo support contact published on velioo.com.
