Terms of Service

1. About Velioo

Velioo is a subscription-based software-as-a-service platform for managing digital marketing campaigns, domains, landing pages, traffic configuration, traffic analytics, routing rules, lead delivery and related integrations.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Velioo, including the website, dashboard, APIs, agents, integrations and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a paid subscription or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use Velioo on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when it changes.

3. Subscription plans and billing

Velioo may offer multiple subscription plans with different limits for domains, agents, traffic volume, features or support. The plan, price and billing interval shown at checkout apply to your purchase.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges in accordance with the plan displayed at checkout.

Plan limits may include monthly traffic or request limits. If a plan limit is exceeded, some features may be restricted, traffic handling may be limited, or you may be asked to upgrade your plan.

4. Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payments, applicable taxes, payment-method processing, transaction receipts and eligible refunds may therefore be handled by Paddle under Paddle’s buyer terms and policies. Velioo does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

5. Free trials, beta access and promotional access

Velioo may offer free trials, beta access, credits or promotional plans. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such access may be modified or withdrawn at any time and may have feature or traffic limitations.

6. Acceptable use

You may use Velioo only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• violate applicable law or the rights of third parties;
• distribute malware, harmful code or conduct unauthorized security testing;
• send unlawful spam or process data obtained without a lawful basis;
• engage in fraud, impersonation, deceptive practices or unauthorized access;
• interfere with the integrity, availability or security of the Service;
• resell or sublicense the Service except where expressly permitted in writing.

You remain responsible for the campaigns, pages, domains, traffic rules, content, data and integrations you configure through Velioo.

7. Third-party services

Velioo may integrate with third-party services, APIs, webhooks, hosting providers, analytics tools and payment services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Velioo is not responsible for outages or changes caused by third-party services outside its reasonable control.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, infrastructure failures, security incidents, third-party outages and other events may temporarily affect the Service.

We may improve, modify, add or remove features where reasonably necessary, including for security, compliance or technical reasons. Material changes to paid functionality will be communicated when appropriate.

9. Customer data

You retain ownership of data and content you submit to Velioo. You grant Velioo the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit and technically handle that data for the purpose of providing and securing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of customer, visitor, lead or campaign data complies with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.

10. Intellectual property

Velioo, its software, design, documentation, branding, interfaces and related intellectual property remain the property of the Velioo operator or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your valid subscription.

11. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the available billing or customer-portal tools. Unless mandatory law or the applicable refund policy provides otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, security risk, material breach of these Terms, unlawful use, abuse of the platform or conduct that may harm Velioo, its infrastructure, partners or other users.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Velioo does not guarantee specific marketing, conversion, revenue, traffic-quality or business outcomes. You are responsible for evaluating whether the Service is suitable for your use case.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velioo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue, data or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements or business operations. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
